A hall shown as free here can still be taken by the time you tap through. The booking system is the truth; this is a fast way to know where to look.
Expect most of them to be full. Community club halls in Singapore go almost as soon as they open, and evenings and weekends go first. That is not this page failing — it is the reason the free walk-in courts above are worth knowing about.
